Re-registration for Election on 19 October 2013

Note: This notification applies to those people who have not previously submitted their fingerprints when re-registering.

The Elections Commission has requested the High Commission to inform all Maldivians living in the UK of the procedures for re-registering to vote in the election on 19 October 2013.

Re-registration will take place from 16:30 (UK time) on 11th October until 16:30 (UK time) on 12th September 2013.

Please see the elections commission notification below for details on the procedures for re-registering.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could send an email informing of when you intend to come to the High Commission to i.niyaz@maldiveshighcommission.org.

Please note: that the Elections Commission has requested that we do not accept emails and faxes for re-registration.
